Ty

Tyler finally learned how to crawl.  I really am not sad that it took him this long.  He will be into everything now.  It was much easier when he was stationary.  The kids are very excited.  Derek keeps asking if Ty gets a treat now because he did something new.  I told him that the only treat he needs is clapping.  So then Derek crawls on the floor to show Tyler how then asks if he gets a treat because he can crawl.  Tyler also loves to walk around the furniture.  One of his favorite thing to do is a group hug with mom and dad.  I hold him and then we give daddy a bear hug.  As soon as we let go, he throws his head back towards Kevin's chest for another one.   He also is finally sleeping in his own bed ALL night long.  It's nice having my evenings back.  He loves taking a shower and bath.  He is a happy kid with me and he loves Haley, but everyone else better stand back or he will cry.  He hasn't been spoiled at all.  :)  Almost 11 months old, my last baby is almost a year and won't be a baby any longer.

Mommy forgot to put the bumper pads back on.  They are on now.

The rest of Christmas Break

New Years Eve we had our appetizer dinner, played games, watched Brave and watched the ball drop at 10 online so the kids could go to be.  On New Years day we went to Toucanos for lunch.  On wednesday we took the kids to the church to play at the gym.  We had a game of basketball, Logan, Isaac and me versus, Kevin, Haley and Doc.  We also played with remote cars and other toys.  I had to leave to take the baby home and Kevin and the kids stayed and played sardines.  Thursday was back to school for the kids and work for Kevin.  It was a very cold Christmas break but we kept the kids busy.  Every day was also spent playing with our new Christmas toys.  (we make sure everything gets played with before it gets put away)
Derek wishing everyone a Happy New Years
 Playing a game of Fibber
 Tyler needed a reading break.
One of the best parts of Christmas, are the crafts.  Some of our crafts this year.

Sledding

On the Saturday after Christmas we went out to lunch and then took the kids sledding.  There is a great hill next to Kevin's old work.  We bundled everyone up and headed out.  Tyler and I stayed in the car except for the few minutes when I took pictures.

Derek is trying to get back up the hill.  I think Derek enjoyed it the most.  He preferred sledding on his bottom or his stomach instead of the sled.  I think it was slower.
