Trafalga

Using our pass of all passes at Trafalga again.  This time Isaac did the Rock wall.

Logan wanted to play miniature golf instead of laser tag.
Tyler went on his first ride at Trafalga

Logan and Derek decided to play in the mud and make gloves on their hands and Logan wanted to put the lines on his face like a football player. :)

Chores in the morning, noon summer movie despicable me, followed by ice cream at Macey's and then swimming where Isaac conquered the high dive! I totally wore them out. Tyler fell asleep during dinner. After coming home from Macey's and before swimming I went upstairs and closed the kids windows and I thought I turned on the air. That night when I went upstairs to put them to bed it was 92 degress upstairs because I had neglected to actually turn on the air. So I let them fall asleep in our room while the upstairs cooled down. A whole king size bed and this is how they sleep.

June Pics

Tyler loves to brush his teeth with the kids in the morning.
Using our 7 Peaks passes at Trafalga
I bought summer family passes to the outdoor pool.  The pool has 2 diving boards, an aqua rock climbing wall and 2 water slides.

Derek playing golf at Trafalga while the older kids played Laser Tag

Tyler thinks clean laundry is a lot of fun.
 Father's day dinner!
That is how a girl dresses for soccer.
The kids have chores all week long and if they complete them all we get a treat on Friday.

Logan and Isaac saw this fishing book at Costco and they had to buy it for Kevin, because Logan said that Kevin said he needed a fishing manual and then he would know how to fish.  Luckily this was right before father's day.  The boys have loved looking through this book with daddy.

 7 peaks water park!
Logan and Isaac have been doing a lot of building lately and they always want to take pictures of EVERYTHING they build.

We've had a lot of fun this summer.  It's been a great time.  The kids have been excellent and as they are getting older we've been able to do a lot more.  Movies, amusement parks.  games, treats, and we are only have way through.

Slime

The kids made some home made slime.  They had a blast playing with it.

Logan wanted to be Nephi.  Needless to say he got some stuck in his hair, so I shaved his head when we were done.  I'd been meaning to do it anyways :)

Isaac gave himself a third eye.

Lots of soccer

With 3 kids playing soccer this year we spent an awful lot of time at the fields.  It's great to see how much they enjoy it.  In Isaac's first game (while everyone was still figuring out what a soccer ball was) he scored 18 goals.

This is a great series of Logan going in for the goal.

I love the fingers in the air after the goal.
Haley's favorite position in soccer is forward, and she had her best games ever this year.

Hogle Zoo trip

My day started off by leaving the house at 9 am.  Off to Hogle Zoo.  5 kids and me.  I was feeling pretty ambitious.

There were all kinds of Lego displays at the Zoo.  Both the gorilla and the orangutan are pictures made out of Legos.

Snake and birds made out of Legos.
 Polar Bear out of Legos.
Bird Show.  Up until this point the day had been great.  After the bird show I got the kids some popcorn and we got into line for the carousel.  Well then Derek started randomly crying and saying his ear hurt.  The first thing I asked him was if he had put some popcorn in his ear.  He said no so we pushed on through the zoo.

 Orange Lego Monkeys.

Lego penguins.  By this time Derek was crying pretty good, and i was pushing Derek through the zoo in a stroller and carrying a sleeping Tyler.  We stopped at Red Robin for lunch.  Derek wouldn't eat anything.  I just held him and he cried.

I was trying to take a picture to send to daddy and Derek kept crying "don't take picture of me, me crying"
We were lucky enough to get a Dr.'s appt.  and yep an ear infection.  I had some ear drops at home so I stopped by home just long enough to get them and by the time we saw the dr. he had finally stopped crying! and he never cried again so we were able to pick up daddy from work and head up the mountain for a cook out.

 some kindling for the fire.
Ty was fascinated by the fire.
 hot dogs!

Smores and an extremely dirty face.
afterwards we went fishing.  While we were fishing a small moose came walking around the side of the lake very near where Kevin, Haley and Logan were.  It was a very interesting day for the first day of summer vacation.
This is a random picture of Logan's first day of Lehi high Schools basketball camp.
