This is what you get when Daddy does the birthday shopping.

Family Night

For Family Night we made Rice Krispy Ginger bread houses.

After making them, the kids dove right in.

Derek likes crawling onto this table. He thinks he is getting a way with something. But I prefer him crawling on this then the stairs.

Finishing up December

Mommy and Logan all dressed up for our BYU Basketball date. As we were walking to the Marriot Center it was 7 degrees outside.


The kids got a sand art kit for Christmas.

Logan fell asleep on the floor and next thng we knew Derek was crawling all over him.

For New Years Eve we watched Jumanji and then popped poppers.

One day I was cleaning the kitchen and next thing I know Derek races by me drinking from a coke can. I had to do a double take. I was quite surprised.

2010 has been a great year for us! Hope 2011 is just as good.

Christmas

Christmas morning in our new pajamas.
Last year Santa Claus left everything in the front room, this year he left it downstairs in the basement. When Haley got up Christmas morning she expected everything to be in the front room, and when nothing was there she got very confused. So she went upstairs and woke up Logan so he could come down and check. Being the logical child that he is, he noticed everyones stockings were gone, so maybe Santa put their stuff somewhere else. We were awake by this time and were able to ease their concern a little.

Some Daddy Time

Derek opening a Christmas Eve Present. Haley insisted we all wear the Santa hat to open our presents.

We opened up the presents in age order starting with Derek and ending with Kevin. Everyone got new pajamas. When it was Kevin's turn to open his present he looked at Haley and said what do you think it is? and she said a book? Sometimes she doesn't catch on so quick.

We got some ice cream after the museum and Derek ate all of his ice cream plus cone, and then he tried to eat mine.


Isaac is intrigued by this exhibit. He says that they are shooting "bow arrows" at the elephants.

He loves to give kisses.
