Tuesday-Day 3

Kevin's Uncle and Aunt were here from Canada for the Granddaughters mission homecoming.  It was great for dad because he hadn't seen his brother in 8 years.  They were able to spend 3 days with us.  On Monday Melinda's family, Dallin's family, Marissa (the granddaughter) and my family went to the Dinosaur museum on BYU campus.  the Museum of Art, ate lunch at the Cougar Eat and then did some shopping at  the BYU bookstore.  The Grandparents stayed home and reminisced about old times.

 Everyone loves Jenna.

These stairs were at the Wilkinson Center.
I bought all of the kids new BYU shirts.  This is the shirt Isaac picked out. Bright neon orange!  He was going back and forth between 2 shirts, but decided on this one when Aunt Melinda told him Uncle Dan had the same one.  He kept waiting for Uncle Dan to wear it, but he didn't have it here with him, so next time, Uncle Dan better bring his shirt!

day 2-Swim day

We went and got McDonalds and then took all the kids to the outdoor pool.

as soon as I put a towel down  Tyler heads straight for it.
 Jenna and baby Lydia.
Grandpa getting a well deserved nap.  He spent the afternoon in the pool playing with all the kids.  They had a wonderful time
Then we enjoyed the evening playing around outside.

Utah family trip-Day 1

On Sunday we had Dallin, Katie, their kids, Grandma and Grandpa, Dan, Melinda, Amanda, Lauri and Jenna at our house. We had a family dinner and then went for a walk.

Fourth of July

For the fourth of July we went up to Kevin's work to watch the fireworks from Thanksgiving Point.  Of course we stopped and got Frosty's on the way.  We also did sparklers, but decided to save the big fireworks for the 24th when we had company.

Tyler didn't want to stay in the car.

Camping

July 1 we took the kids camping.  It was a quick one night camping trip, and it seems like more work than it's worth, but the kids absolutely love it.  We look forward to some longer camping trips as the kids get older.

We took pontoon boats out the next day to do a little fishing.
