crazy kids

Whatever he ate, it looks like he enjoyed it.
Ty is now 18 months old.  He is still very attached to his mother, but he does better now when I leave.  He just doesn't like people touching him.  He says, "shoes, buckle, cheese, drink, hike, watch, mom, all done, dad, me, where are you, there it is, he calls his bottle bob, sings we will we will rock you, and baby go go go, Jesus wants me for a sunbeam, and patty cake.  He still does his silly cheese face, gets excited when Mickey mouse clubhouse, or Jake and the Neverland Pirates comes on.  He is totally addicted to the ipad and can work it.  He likes to catch and throw the football, jump on the trampoline, go on slides and buckle things.  I had all of our camelpaks out drying and he took all the buckles and attached them together I went to grab one and they all came.  He brushes his teeth, and loves to take baths and showers.  After dinner he starts trying to take off his clothes and yells at me to tell me he wants to take a bath.
Not sure why this boy isn't wearing pants.
Tyler has a thing with shoes.  In fact shoes was his first word.  If we are going somewhere he runs into the laundry room and grab shoes.  He always, always, always grabs matching shoes, whether they are his or someone elses.
My first child to get a sucker stuck in their hair.
 Tyler likes to help vacuum.
I bought silly string for a fun family fight.  Our kids had never played with silly string before.  We had a lot of fun.
 A Halloween craft.
The kids love this Halloween pajamas I surprised them with.   They glow in the dark.
Haley was jealous of my craft, so I bought her the stuff to make one too.  Haley has also started to be in a craft and cooking club put together by someone in our ward.  She made the headband that she is wearing in one of their activities.

Random August Pictures

I'm not sure why Tyler decided to paint his legs with cheese.
I picked up the kids after school and surprised them by taking them to the theater to see Turbo.  We went to the $1 theater (which with our pass of all passes is actually free) so I splurged and bought them snacks.  Which the kids loved.

We played at the park while Logan was at football practice.

One last trip to the pool before it closed for the winter.
My baby fell asleep on me.  I love to cuddle.
Tyler has recently become very addicted to the Ipad.  He loves to watch cartoons on it.  He has also become very possessive of it, and does not like to share.

Mt. Timpanogos

On Labor day Kevin took Haley, Logan, and Isaac to the Mt. Timpanogos Caves.

Family Fondue Night

We had gone out for a late big lunch, and I knew we would be snacky, but not really hungry, so for dinner I made some chocolate fondue in my new fondue pot that Kevin bought me for my birthday.  We had marshmallows, pineapple, strawberries, apples, bananas and pretzels.  The kids thought I was the best mom for having dessert for dinner.  I have to be able to compete with Kevin somehow! :)

 Tyler's favorite were the pretzels.

We had a lot of fun.

First day of school--4th, 2nd and K

Derek insisted having his picture taken too.  Here he is trying to turn like I had the kids turn so I could see their backpacks.

He chose this backpack all on his own.

Kindergarten started a week later.  This is Isaac's favorite shirt and he wears it all the time.

The whole crew, It will be awesome to recreeate this picture when they are all in school.  And no all the BYU shirts were not planned. But it's awesome.
