Logans Soccer
Logan had a great year of soccer. He made 38 goals in 8 games. He had so much fun and it was fun as the parent to hear the other parents yell and cheer for him. He did get a little big of an ego, I asked him if he was going to score a goal for me and he said "yeah it's easy for me" When he would sit on the sidelines he would get antsy and say "I need to get in, my team needs me". It was a very exciting year and I look forward to next season.
Resting on the sidelines.
Haley Soccer
Haley played soccer again this year. After watching her standing around watching everyone else play we weren't so excited about putting her back in, but she was insistent. She plays really well at home she just gets so shy around other people. This year she did great. She got really involved and came close to making some goals. She had fun and it was much more fun watching her.

Ikes trip
Kevin had to take a work trip to LA so we decided that Isaac could benefit from some alone with daddy. He got to go stay with Grandma, Papa, Aunt Tami, and Aunt Traci while daddy was at his conference. Grandma bought him a pillow pet which he loves and he says "pillow pets make all your dreams come true." He got to wrestle with Papa, and go out to lunch with Aunt Tami. He was there from Sunday night to Thursday morning. On Thursday morning Isaac meet up with Daddy and the 2 of them got to spend the day at Disneyland.
They went to Disney Jr and Isaac got to see Jake and the neverland pirates.
They went on Splash Mountain and got soaked. Unfortunately it was getting dark and Isaac was freezing. So they went home soon after.
It was a great daddy and son bonding time.

Halloween decorations
I saw this project on a friends blog and just had to do it. It was so easy and fun. The kids love them. At night we use the battery operated candles and they are pretty cool. The original project came from http://www.ourbestbites.com/2009/10/crafty-in-the-kitchen-mason-jar-lanterns/ She used just mason jars and my friend used vases she bought at DI. I used both, I bought the vases at the dollar store and used some I had at home. Logan and Kevin's favorite is the spider though the black doesn't work as well because it's a little too dark.
