Kangaroo Zoo

I took the kids to Kangaroo zoo to wear them out, since they couldn't play outside due to the SNOW! Here are some fun videos. Notice how the kids hardly ever go down the slides the right way.

Weird Weather

So Friday we were at the park in shorts, and even went to get ICEE's becasue the kids were hot and sweaty. Monday we woke up to this....
Maddison was very excited. She wanted to build a snowman, but settled for a snowball fight instead.

WWF Wrestling

We babysat our nephew Nathan the other night and he and Isaac were so cute together. Isaac loves to wrestle, and if you're laying on the ground guaranteed he is coming at you head first. Well Nathan was laying on the ground, and Isaac came for him laughing the entire time. Nathan has some good moves of his own, he's got a strong grip.

Nathan survived the match and I'm sure it will be just the first of many between these two.

Day at the Park

We had lunch at the park. Thanks for the shirts Grandma and Traci.

Maddison didn't want Logan to play because they were girl toys. I asked them to play downstairs or else Isaac would get into the toys. They said no they wanted to play upstairs, and I said okay but Isaac gets to play to and Maddison told me to put him to sleep.

Logan put on this headband and I was about to tell him to take it off because they are for girls, but before I could say it he said "Look I'm Nephi" (Nephi is always wearing a headband in the Book of Mormon stories they read every night.


Maddison is sleeping in Haley's bed because she doesn't fit in the toddler bed. Haley gets the toddler bed and Logan is sleeping on the floor because he threw a fit and wanted to sleep with the girls instead of his own bed, because "I don't luff (love) my bed." he told us.

Disney On Ice

The other night we went on a family date night to Disney on Ice. Haley and I have been several times and she loves it. We decided Logan was old enough to go but I didn't want to take both kids by myself so we made it a family date night. They had a lot of fun, Haley is so bubbly and talkative the entire time. She gets so excited. Logan just sat there entranced by the whole thing. Isaac was very good he watched the first half until he feel asleep, and at the end of the second half he was waving good bye and clapping.

This was Logan's face pretty much the entire time. He never moved.

Haley's favorite move right now is Peter Pan, so she was very excited when it was one of the scenes they did. they weren't so good at hiding the wires.

We were in row 10 so the seats were really good and the kids could see well.

For some reason Isaac had a sticker in his hair. It kind of looked like a bow.

I had so many great comments about our snake pictures, I decided to add a couple more. (These were actually on the other camera so I forgot about them for the other post and they were a couple of my favorite.)

We finally have had a few nice days and the kids have been able to play outside.

This is Isaac's favorite thing to do. It scares me, I'm just waiting for him to fall through. He climbs it all the time.


He got this balloon when we got Haley's haircut.
