Haley's First Day of Kindergarten

Today was Haley's first day of Kindergarten.

I took her out last night to get her nails done and get a new outfit. She had to show everyone her fingernails and toenails.

Here is her spot at her table.

Very excited to be starting. Parents stayed while the teacher read a story than got our kids settled at their tables and then we were dismissed.

Picking her up from school. Costco donated backpacks for all the kids in the school which is why she is carrying two. She doesn't like the one they gave her because it looks like a "boy backpack". She gave it to Logan for preschool.

Here she is with her teacher. It's her teachers first year teaching. Hope she's up to it :)

When I asked her how her first day was she said Fantastic and she told Kevin it was awesome.

Here is a family soccer game in our front yard. Isaac is not shy at all, he gets right in there. In fact yesterday we were at Haley's soccer game and next thing we knew, Isaac was in the game in the middle of a pack kicking the ball. He did pretty good too. We got a round of applause.

Swim Lessons

The kids just finished their swim lessons and they had a lot of fun. Here they are on their last day.

Logan got pretty good at swimming instead of drowning.

On the last day they got to go on the waterslide. Haley was big enough this year to go by herself.

Logan had to ride the waterslide with his teacher. Luckily most of the kids his age were too scared to go down so he got to go over and over again.

Isaac makes a fort

Isaac likes to open the cabinet door and get behind it with his toys so he's locked in and keeps everyone else out. He came up with this all on his own. Pretty creative.

Lavendar Farm

While Melinda and her family were here we went to the Lavendar Farm. We took a very long wagon ride around the farm. Other than that there wasn't that much to see, but we did get some great pics.

American Fork Carnival

We took the kids to their first carnival. Isaac was in awe, his eyes were wide the whole time, until he went on a ride with Haley and then the eyes just got sad. He wasn't so thrilled.

Logan wanted to do the moster truck ride. His mouth was moving the whole time. Afterwards we asked him what he was saying and he said "wee hoo here I come."

Haley and Logan did the roller coaster together.

He taught himself this new trick. He kept himself entertained for a while.
